This is a minor annoyance with the "Up Next" view. I don't know if it specific to Android TV.
- Move the selection to a show that has multiple episodes recorded and is below the top row (or, at least, not in the upper left position).
- Press Play to play the first episode.
- When the episode completes, you will be sent back to the "Up Next" view.
- The show you just watched is moved to the top-left position, but the selection remains on the cell the show formerly occupied.
It would be nice if the selection also moved to the top-left cell. (IOW, the show you just watched, that has remaining episodes, would still be selected.)
