Up Next Not Refreshing on iOS beta

When you mark a show as “watched” it doesn’t refresh the page to show you the next episode when you are viewing a show in the “up next” view. I have to exit that view to another tab and then go back into the show within the “up next” list for the next show to be there.

Since you can’t access the full episodes list from the “up next” view on iOS like you can on tvOS it makes this problem a little more cumbersome. You literally can’t do anything but exit out and then find the show in the “recently recorded” section.

Looks like a bug.

I agree it sucks you can’t jump to the show directly from the iOS episode view. There just isn’t enough space to add more buttons.

Maybe we can turn the name of the show into a link.

Up Next is now refreshed, it’s in the next beta that’s rolling out right now.

Ok I’m on the latest beta now. I noticed that the up next episode doesn’t cycle to the next one if you mark it watched when you are viewing the “More” section of Up Next. On the front page, it cycles to the next episode just fine. But when in the expanded “More” view you click on the show after marking it watched and it is still the same episode!

I think this might be the case on tvOS as well?

This is fixed on the beta that’s rolling out now.

Sorry to say this… but I updated to the latest beta and this bug is still there :(. On both the IPhone and iPad.
