Update Art Metadata

I believe there is a slight bug in that when I update art in the library metadata it does not follow through to the Up Next listing which keeps the previous art. Unable to update the Up next listing art individually or have it follow the library unless anyone knows differently?

There is a checkbox to update the episode art
