Got the following today: "This is a friendly reminder that your XXXX card ending in XXXX expires on March XX, 2019. To continue your subscription, please update your card information with Fancy Bits."
I am guessing this comes from a time before annual subscriptions, which I have and isn't ending any time soon. Consider revisiting the wording of this email. 
Looking at the wording I think they're telling your credit card is expiring on March XX, not your subscription. Just a guess on my part.
I know what it's telling me. But the wording should be adjusted. For monthly subscribers it is much more serious. For annual less so unless the subscription is coming up for renewal soon. It should be more customized based on the plan the person is on. My suggestion to Channels.
This email comes from our payment processor and we are not able to change the wording.
My credit card is also expiring this month, and for me it's nice that I get emails all together so I can update all the places at once. I don't want to be reminded in six months if the card is expiring now.
Ok. I just wanted to call it out as the messaging could be interpreted as meaning that my subscription was in jeopardy, when it isn't.
