I have a Formuler Z8 Pro which records shows and stores them on my NAS. I have the DVR local content pointed to them, but the dvr does not seem to update the list even after I scan the sources. The files are .ts files. When I go to recordings through the web interface some appear, but not all. They play perfectly through Infuse. The ones that appear are identified by day and not by the file name. Any clues how I can fix this? Thanks.
Do they show up under Recordings > Imports > Unmatched Shows?
What are the exact file paths of the ones failing to show up.
Any idea why this is happening:

You have /volume1 set as your DVR drive. So that's where it creates all its own folders, and you can't put imports there.
What we recommend is creating a dedicated /volume1/DVR for Channels, so that it can create its TV, Movies, Database, Logs, Streaming, and other folders it needs for operation all in one place that's separate from other things you're doing.
