While watching live, the video briefly stutters and the bottom program info/timeline box appears.
This is the equivalent of asking the mechanic, "why is my car making a noise?"

Wifi or wired
Source having the issue
What is your internet speed (if tve is the source)
What is the client
Is it wifi or wired
QNAP
Wired
HD HomeRun
AppleTV client - also wired
If it is happening all the time then submit diagnostics from the app. if it just happened once I wouldn't worry about it.
