Virizon Fios - TV Everywhere is not working with latest verion and beta cu5 of channel dvr server. Please assist

Run Troubleshooting from the DVR web UI under Support > Troubleshooting
You probably need to log in again. Verizon like many services have been expiring session tokens as there a common exploit.
