Hello all,
Just installed channels dvr on a windows machine. Now im trying to add source of Verizon Fios TV.
When i try to add, i get authentication failed. Says NBCENTERTAINMENT subscription required (i've attached an image ). I went to nbc.com/live and i was able to login with my credentials and watch live tv in the browser. So it seem's i do have access. This is done thru Chrome browser.
I've updated the DVR software to the latest Version 2020.12.31.0029
