Verizon TVE Login Failure

I can't login to Verizon TVE. My theory is that it fails because I'm not currently at my home location. Does this make sense? I am able to login to nbc.com/live. Following are log entries.

What does it show for the error screenshot?

I forgot to say. Windows 10 server, yesterday's beta release.

Sounds like auto authentication issue?
