It’ll say “Preparing your TV” for a few seconds then stop. Reinstalled with the same result. Is it just not supported on the Android 10 that the S4K is stuck on? I also used to have the beta app, if that might somehow cause lingering issues.
Have you checked storage space. I have had both installation and startup fail when the storage space on the Android device is low. I deleted some unused apps and it all worked.
Ditto - reboot and see if it's still a problem. If my TS4K acts odd it's because memory is low.
