Would it be possible to get TVE support for the Victory+ streaming service? It is used by the Dallas Stars and Anaheim Ducks to provide free in-market streams for their games. Dallas games are geofenced to their territory (TX/OK/AR/LA) and Anaheim games to theirs (Southern California and Hawaii), but at least on the past games, there doesn't seem to be any DRM in use.
