Just submitted logs from Apple TV. The video is lagging but the sound sounds fine. The video works fine on an iPhone. Just updated to the latest channels app and latest TVOS.
This is still happening. Just submitted diagnostics again now. Works great on the phone and other remote Apple TV’s. I have deleted and reinstalled the app no problem. Also, I switched from Ethernet to WiFi and same issue.
Can you try the TestFlight beta? We think we have a fix for this.
