I would like to postprocess mpeg2 video using h264_v4l2m2m encoder to reduce bandwidth requirements. Does anybody have a set of parameters for ffmpeg for 720p and 1080i streams that would produce a good quality picture? The transcoding parameters used by DVR server result in a jerky stream.
