Viewing Guide Graphics/Details Disappear Often

I just bought an HDHR + Channels last week. I am noticing that the guide information disappears often (it has happened 4-5x in 3-4 days). The graphics become generic boxes with just the network logo and channel number, but without the show details.

Is this common? Is there a fix?

SiliconDust had been having some technical difficulties with their guide data service over the past few days, causing outages in the app. The issue should be fixed going forward.
