Virtual channel incomplete guide data

I've created a virtual channel for Prisoner Cell Block H. I have them in the correct folder and have them named correctly. With Emby or Plex all 692 episodes have the right "guide" data. And my virtual channel does too for the first season only. All other seasons and episodes have nothing except the short description of the series:

The lives of women behind bars in a fictional women's prison.

It shows the right Season and Episode but the actual episode description only shows the above line.

Also the date for the episode is wrong so I'm not sure where it's pulling the air date from.

Season 1 is fine though.

Is there a limitation for the virtual channels?

The virtual channel guide shows the same information as what's in the library.

If the library is missing episode descriptions, they are likely missing in the Gracenote database.

How do you configure/get the Gracenote database?

Yeah the library is missing the episode descriptions too for some reason.

Gracenote is our guide provider and they don't have information for these episodes. There is no workaround available at the moment.
