So, I'm trying to create some virtual channels. If I use labels within the episodes metadata in channels, will it be retained if I replace the video file with another copy? I'm trying to find an easy to way to set all this up again if needed so I don't have to go through each episode and add the labels. Thanks in advance!
Not if it's a different filename. If you replaced the existing file then it would retain the same database entry.
Thank you for your help. Is there a better way to achieve what I want in case I loose the video files? It's going to take me a few hours labeling each file in metadata with the label(s) that correspond to the virtual channel playlist. Again I appreciate the help.
