I’m guessing this is not possible and hence a feature request, but is it possible to add “collections” to a Virtual Channel? I’d just find it easier to add recently recorded shows or movies to collections which would automatically show up on the virtual channel vs having to crack open the web interface.
Yes. Just click the Add Content button on the Virtual Channel editor, and your set of collections are available for picking.
Driving Virtual Channels with collections is very common.
Know though, that if you add a collection of shows, it will use every episode of the show, not just the recently added items of that show. But if the only episodes you have in that show ARE recent, then it should work out fine.
