Virtual Channels/Channel Collections - Some Channels Not Playing

I have several Virtual Channels that are populated by smart rules. On the Virtual Channels page everything looks fine. For the sake of example, lets say that I have 12 Virtual Channels named "Genre1 Movies" through "Genre12 Movies".

I then create a Channel Collection named "Movies" and I add each Virtual Channel as a source. So I now have a Channel Collection with 12 Virtual Channels. This is where something is going wrong. In the Preview Section (where it shows a preview of the scheduling), on the Channel Collection page, I only see the first 10 Virtual Channels. Channels 11-12 don't show there. When I go to the Channel Collection, from the Guide, I see all 12 Virtual Channels under the "Movies" Collection, but those same channels that were missing on the preview section show no content scheduled. Trying to play them results in an error "Virtual Channel Error (80)".

Am I doing something wrong or is there any limit on the number of Virtual Channels in a Collection?

Can you submit diagnostics

Keep getting a timeout when trying to submit:

[ERR] Diagnostics submission failed: Put "https://s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/diagnostics.channelsdvr.cloud/e76a6fb6-9873-43a6-a5e2-8fcd4b299110/dvr.files?X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&X-Amz-Credential=.........: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

I can hit the base URL, so nothing blocked on my side. Any other way to get you the diagnostics?

Is anyone else able to submit diagnostics?

Hi. Any ideas why the diagnostic upload is failing?

Seems to be something on your network?

Not seeing other reports of this.

Are you getting all green checkmarks under Support > Troubleshooting?

Who knows what's going on... like i shared, i can hit the url that it's trying to hit, so it's not getting blocked. That all said, I think I managed to get it working. I basically blew away all virtual channels and started over. I'm going to assume it was something with the channel numbers, maybe? I did update to the latest pre-release, but not sure if that fixed it or starting fresh.
