Virtual channels in external apps (Emby)

I'm trying out CDVR on a one month trial. Everything has been great so far, but I've run into a hiccup with virtual channels. I can get the channel and epg to load into Emby for virtual channels, but I can't get them to playback. I downloaded the CDVR Android app to test, and it works fine there.

Are virtual channels only supported in the CDVR app, or am I missing something?

Virtual channels only work in the Channels apps. They do not work on the web UI or in other apps.

The VirtualTV Emby plugin route I ended up going. Might as well use the native solution. I liked the way the settings were set up for the Channels version though, much more straightforward...
