Not specifically to Android TV, but I don't see a separate section for Android phones/tablets.
I created 2 new virtual channels using TV shows from my personal library (stuff I imported). The issue I'm seeing is only on Android - between my selected TV shows it is inserting content from 2 channels from my Pluto M3U. Found the issue - it's because I accidentally used the same channel numbers for my virtual channels. Not sure how its working correctly on IOS and tvOS but it is.
