Windows 10, Channels 2021.11.22.0446.
Live TV -> Virtual Channels -> Trek (2 episodes already there) -> Add Content -> Create Smart Rule.
When I click on "Create Smart Rule" absolutely nothing happens. What am I missing?
If you already added content then you can't make it smart probably.
I deleted the channel and created it fresh with no content. Still no response to click on "Create Smart Rule".

I also noticed that all have a never ending spinning wheel on the left hand edge, after I click in the button.
