Virtual Channels- Videos Have No Sound when Transcoding/Out of House

Hello,

I just got back into Channels DVR after not using for a couple of years, and I got to say, I'm really impressed with how much it's changed in 4ish years. One of my favorite new features is the virtual channels. It works great while I'm home but I've noticed something rather strange whenever I try to use it outside of my house. For whatever reason, when choosing a virtual channel outside of the house, the videos in those channels don't have any sound. For example, I've setup a channel that plays TLOTR movies on loop. While at home, this is what the stats screen looks like:

Everything looks and works fine at home. But if I switch to cellular, the stats screen shows that audio is no longer present in the stream.

I tried to steam the same file but this time through the Library feature in Channels DVR on cellular/outside of the house, and it does include the audio in the transcode.

Is there a setting I'm missing in the virtual channel creation that I'm missing that causes audio to get dropped? Or is this a bug? Also here is the stats of that file while streaming from the library at home looks like just for completeness sake.

Thanks for reading!

Looks like a bug.
