What is the url in the browser bar when this error appears?
The url is https://my.channelsdvr.net
It looks like this in Safari:

There appears to be a problem with our provider. We have reached out for a fix.
In the mean time, you can use either http://my.channelsdvr.net or https://community.getchannels.com/dvr/mine
This just happened to me. The first link you provided worked to get me back in.
Same here, but your other link worked.
Also, it looks like my DVR software just updated to 2019.03.12.0544 (yesterday), so maybe that is part of it?
