Lowered the Wifi streaming to 4mb
Rebooted the FireTV
Voice is lagging behind the video
SENT in diagnostics earlier.
That is awful low for home use if the Firestick is current it should be able to handle original quality unless your WIFI is 2.4.
just did that for testing, the lag of voice is driving me nuts
Are you using software or hardware decoding on your FiresTick ... You should do a speed test to the server from the firestick.... under settings - support.
I set it back to 8mb working fine now. Went downstairs to check on the wife's view pleasure and it starting working fine for her without fiddling with it. Must have a been cyber attack against my Channels DVR server out of Ukraine.
Still at home you should always use Original Quality .... Forcing the Server to transcode while at home is needless.
Why are you transcoding? Set it to original.
