I had recorded almost every episode (hundreds) of a series but then realized that they all were offset by a couple of minutes so you lost the last couple of minutes. Since then, I now have it default to always add 3 minutes to every recording to avoid that happening. My Pass for that series was set to record and keep All. I assumed when I deleted everything that it would just re-record them back with the new rules. That doesn't seem to be what is happening. I deleted the Pass and recreated it and still nothing is recording. How do I get it to re-record the episodes I deleted. I would have thought that setting it to record and keep All would do it.
Edit the pass using the advanced option on the web UI, then check Re-record Deleted

You guys and your solution truly are amazing. I can't think of any other company in any market that I could get that kind of response - both in the fact that the function I needed had been thought about and was there... and that I got an answer to my question in such a quick time.
Obviously that isn't always going to happen, but you guys hit it way more often than not.
