Warning. I live in the DFW area and have Frontier FIOS. As of 8:30am this morning, Frontier has made almost all channels except the OTAs DRM’d!!!
Glad I have 2 HDHR Extends… Looks like I may be selling my Primes shortly.

This happened here in LA s well. However, first look does not appear to be ALL except OTA like in your case but looks like a huge change. Watching Apple Event now and will check more closely later. But was checking it as it was scanning and I lost CNN which I watch a lot. Hallmark Movies but not Channels that my Wife likes. So looks like I will need to make some changes.

In all fairness there are a number of channels still showing that are not local, but they are not channels I would have ever watched… And of all the channels left alone Fox Sports SouthWest is still working… It’s a FOX channel that remains…
I had hoped for better outcome, but Frontier was out checked out everything (which is working as expected). They have no idea what’s going on. Promised to give me an update later today. After a number of escalations and calls it doesn’t seem anyone was aware this was taking place or had happened.
@OurFamilySpot - I think I replied to you on the SD Forum. We have been worried about this for some time because they have done this before in other territories. DRM means COPY ONCE and without it means COPY FREELY. Verizon was only doing it so a few regular channels like FOX and probably the premium channels like HBO but not is it much more.
In my case my HDHomeRun will detect maybe 370 channels but I think I only subscribe to about 260 (Preferred). Out of those I would DISABLE all SD and Music and Foreign and a few DRM (like FOX) which brought it down to 90. Today after this change they flagged 28 more with DRM. I am now down to 62 channels for my ALL Channel List. To clarify, since I disabled all SD before I did not count those in my 28 but there would be about the same number of SD Channels that now have DRM.
Examples of what I lost:
ESPN (multiple)
CNN
CNBC
MSNBC
Science HD
History Channel
QVC
HSN
Cooking Channel
Hallmark Movies
HD Net Movies
and more…

If you’re in any kind of contract, it seems to me that a policy change like this is enough to get you out of it. This definitely is neither something you signed up for, nor something you were even warned about.
Sorry to hear this guys.
The same this has happened to me, only it is also affecting my TiVo’s too!
You probably need to properly pair your cablecard so that it can decrypt the channels. Call your cable company.
Yesterday I spent 3 hours on the phone with Frontier support, and of course, we checked the CableCard pairings, so a Frontier FIOS tech came to my house today, and also couldn’t resolve the issue. He escalated to a higher-up Frontier engineering group and now 3 hours after he left, I am getting all expected channels on my TiVo’s (Premiere4 and Premiere) My HDHomerun Prime is a different matter, since I am using the BETA DVR-capable software which doesn’t have ANY DRM in it yet, so now along with not being able to watch FOX News or FOX Business, which have had their copy protect flags set for many months, most other cable channels are gone now. But once the HDHomeRun app moves out of BETA, I would expect that issue to be resolved.
Frontier has finally given up on “Fixing” this today. They have informed me I will need to put one of their set top boxes on each of the TVs I want to watch their service on. Well that lead to me cancelling their service. I am now flying 100% OTA. Unplugged my HDHR Primes. Using a little Sling.TV for some of the other necessities (CNN, SyFy, Fox Sports, ESPN, DisneyXD).
