I picked up one of these a few months ago CarlinKit CarPlay TV Box for Cars,8+128GB with Android 13.0 Supports YouTube/Netflix,Wireless Apple CarPlay&Android Auto Sd Card and it works great with channels. Now I can watch live tv in my android auto car. The only downside is the only cell company that I could get a compatible sim for it from was tmobile. I signed up for their $15/month 30gb plan and even though it is 4g it is way faster than my pixel 8 on verizon. Great buy.

I can, but I don't. I mostly watch in the parking lot after the game while traffic thins out. While I am driving, I listen to music, take phone calls, and use waze.
