Currently I'm only seeing "Watch from Beginning" when tuning in to a virtual channel. Is there (or will there ever be) a way to "Watch Live" on a virtual channel to truly simulate live TV? (i.e. start playback where "now" would be in the grid timeline)
What device are you using?
If you just click into the channel it should tune live
Both iPadOS and iOS 15.1 & Channels 5.0.1 standalone (non-DVR) version. Server is 2021.10.25.1801 running on Synology DSM 7.
Why are you using the standalone (non-DVR) version of the Channels client to connect to the DVR server?
There's literally no difference in versions and many people do this.

I was a standalone app user before I was a DVR subscriber. I continue using standalone so live tv is still available if/when I have to take the server down for any reason.

This also occurs for me when using the latest beta release on Fire TV.
The android beta release works correctly.
