I do that but it only works as expected maybe 70% of the time.
What you quoted is a bit out of date as this view now shows you what is suggested to play next with a “Play Next” or “Continue” button. As in it literally shows the episode it will play.
So could you provide more detail around what you’re describing?
Watch Next appears maybe 70% of the time when there are other episodes. The rest of the time playback ends and it goes seemingly randomly either to the episode thumbnail or the show thumbnail.
If there's nothing left to watch (everything is watched), or nothing has been watched at all (all unwatched), it will suggest nothing and show a Watch button and play the next item based on what your settings are, which is indicated by the sort of the episodes, and will play the first item in that list.
No, I’m saying that about 30% of the time when there IS another episode to watch it doesn’t offer the Watch Next button.
