I have access to TCM's "Watch TCM" web stream through my AT&T fiber subscription. I can login and watch on my PC, but I wonder if it can be integrated into Channels somehow. I see some old posts about this, but nothing recently.
I assume you must have used att uverse on the tcm site. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work in channels. Add source, tve, att uverse and scan. The worst that can happen is it won’t work
I have it in TVE with my DirecTV (satellite) credentials.
I would guess that you should be able to get it too.
By the way, the quality of TCM in TVE is pretty good: 720p @ 5.3 Mb/s.
I tried your idea, and it scanned 215 channels. But only a handful are authorized---sadly to TCM. And the one that did authorize are almost an exact duplicate of my Philo channels. It was a good idea though!
I have att fiber(no uverse or tv package) and I tried to login to tcm site using att uverse. It went through but said not in my package. Do you have a movie channel add on or something? I’m kinda surprised it didn’t work in channels but it does on their site. Mabey try rescanning just tcm under manage lineup,edit
I think have the same as you, ATT fiber, but no "paid TV" (uverse or package). I tried the rescan of just TCM in manage lineup, but still says "not authorized". So, when you put ATT Uverse into your TV Everywhere, does it scan 215 channels and then you get authorized for about 50 channels?
I use Hulu. I have not tried to put att as a source for channels tve. When I went to tcm watch live site I got this after it ran my att fiber creds using att uverse in the drop down. When you went to tcm’s site what provider did you use? Are you sure you are using your att fiber credentials? Did you have uverse in the past?
There is an array of free channels you get from tve that don’t have anything to do with your provider. They just come with tve. I’m not sure how many are included but it’s possible those are the 50 free ones and everything else failed(which is to be expected)
Easy to tell the 79 free channels.
They start at 6700 and go to 6992.

@chDVRuser beat me to it. 6700-6992 are free with any TVE service provider setup. You can even have an expired service provider and those channels will show up. I actually made a feature request not too long ago to get those channels without setting up a TVE provider. Extra Channels for users without Service Providers - #7 by Absenm.
