Watching a recording while actively recording

I have been running into an issue when watching an actively recording program from OTA (HDFX-4K) source and watching after a delay using an Amazon Firestick 4k. The issues is video playback is choppy (still viewable but, I notice it). Audio is fine.

Channels DVR server is a Dell OptiPlex 7080, 1 TB internal SSD on a 1 Gb interface using version 2023.09.156.0559

Network is an Omada SDN with TP-Link 1 Gb managed switches and TP-Link EAP 225

HDFX-4K 100 Mpbs wired connection. Firmware 20230420

Streaming device Amazon Firestick 4k connecting to wireless AP generally well above 400 Mbps

Any advice will be welcome....

Which OS and disk filesystem?

Windows 11 version 22H2 and the disk subsystem is actually NVMe 1 TB NTFS. I insure that the O/S is checked and updated on regular basis

Additionally, I do have commercial detection enabled at 12 x threads while enabling "automatically generate commercial editor thumbnails" and "start live detection when in-progress recording".

I also have two storage paths for DVR Database with the primary path local and a path to a legacy Channels DVR install.

And, I have three sources defined. Two OTA sources and one TVE source.

Here are results from a userbenchmark test:

Try disabling that temporarily to troubleshoot.
