When I try to watch Chanel’s DVR on my second TV the picture is shaped like my phone I’m assuming because I’m casting from my phone on ChromeCast. Can I expand this picture to my full screen or is there a better way to watch Channels DVR on my second TV?
You would need to attach an Apple TV, Android TV or FireTV and run Channels DVR app on it.
