Watching Channels on a Macbook Air?

My daughter is heading for college this fall, and she asked me if it's possible to watch Channels on her Macbook Air because she doesn't want to watch on her small iPhone screen.

Is this possible? Seems the only way might be via the admin page, but I'm not sure it's possible to access that from outside my home network, not to mention I really wouldn't want her in there potentially messing up my settings.

You can install the iPad app for channels if it is an apple processor.

. Yes. This is my kids main form of live tv while away at school when they are not at their apartments with their Apple TV's.

Sadly it's an Intel even though it's only 3 years old.

Ouch! Web version should still be sufficient. I have never had either of my kids accidentally mess up any settings. Never even discussed it with them. They just know how to use the guide and dvr tab.

It would be nice if they had a web page without the admin settings on it. I know someone has requested that before.

Edit: I realize you can't even watch the virtual channels through the web interface so not ideal for her.

iPhone/iPad + AirPlay (given the constraints).

Honestly though, let her figure it out.
