Just tried this to see how well it works with a Windows7-64 PC attached to the same switch as my HDHR Prime and NAS hosting the Channels DVR, using Firefox v62.0 64bit. Playing Live TV, not recorded.
Is the stream coming from the HDHR Prime to the PC, or is it coming from the DVR on my NAS?
Looks like it comes from the NAS hosting Channels DVR
Appears mpeg2 (both HD and SD) broadcasts are being transcoded, but H.264 are remuxed.

appears to be transcoding to create HLS stream and transcode both video and audio
H.264 is being remuxed (encoder=remux, resolution=, deinterlacer=linear, bitrate=10000)
appears to be remuxing to create HLS stream and transcode AC3 to AAC audio
What player is used in the Web UI, does it depend on the OS and browser?
I have the Web Player Transcoding and playback options set to;
Transcoder: Software
Quality: 1080p @ 10 mbps
Deinterlacer: Linear
