how would that effect a live stream?
It wouldn't.
Those stats are captured in the log when recording.
If you have an issue with one of your TVE recordings, the stats are useful for troubleshooting the TVE issue.
Don't know what shows up in the log for streaming TVE Live.

Waiting until commercial detection is done for this recording on my under-powered NAS using two comskip threads (that consumes 50%+ CPU) before playing back the recording in my local browser.
Plays back w/o issues in my local browser, no log entries to show this happening.
File Info for the recording
Try recording something and check the MTS log line. That will help narrow down where the problem is for live tv.
If you're concerned about not giving away your username for TVE login (and who wouldn't be...)
Copy the Channels DVR log entries into a text editor before you submit them in a post and search for your username and just redact/change it.
In my case;
[TVE] action=fill_form u=MyUserName
Then copy and paste it to the post.
Just curious why you went back to a PR2100 that you previously sold to migrate to your laptop that you now migrated from to the PR2100 again?
I'm happy with my Synology NAS's and no longer have to deal with what's the cheapest option and spend more time and $ trying to figure it out, just wanted the most reliable option.

Your log shows you are transcoding for playback which means it's not connected to your dvr correctly. Click Connect to DVR and select At Home and enter the WD IP.

TVE streams are getting corrupted on your NAS. This may be due to a DVR bug which affects certain hardware, or because your hardware is faulty.
Ok, it's refurbished should I send it back?
I am running a DVR on my PR4100 which has the same hardware except for more drives and it works just fine.
Is the firmware up to date ?
I'm guessing there's a bad stick of RAM in the refurb you bought.

I do not know how much memory you have but if you have 2 sticks you can try removing one then try the DVR. If it fails try switching the memory.. and try again.
I opened the case. Couldn't find memory on the mother board. On the Pr4100 it's right next to the time coin battery
Update WD is having me rebuild the Dlna data base. Don't know what that will do
I think its my external hard drive attached to my NAS. playing and recording directly on my NAS is fine. Didn't someone here record on a external hard drive with this nas?
I don't believe the RAM is upgradable on the PR2100, only the PR4100. I wanted to pimp out my PR2100 and only was an option on the 4100 model.
