Channels is telling me I have a weak signal and sometimes not showing a couple of ATSC 3.0 broadcasts despite my HDHomeRun flex 4k working fine and showing 100% strength and quality. The non ATSC broadcast works fine in Channels but not the ATSC broadcast of the same channel. Anything can try or share to diagnose this issue?
The weak signal message comes from the hdhomerun. You can check it's log on the HDHR web UI
Could be particular channels affected, or some tuners out of the four
Ah I see, thanks. The logs say:
20220209-07:05:50 Tuner: tuner0 tuning 107.1 KIRO (atsc3:533MHz-5003)
20220209-07:05:56 HTTP: rejecting request from 192.168.1.68 - no video data
I'll follow up further with hdhomerun.
If you download the 'tech software' you can use it to view the channel stats in realtime when the tuner is in use. Have you tried that to confirm the signal is really fine when being tuned to the ATCS 3.0 frequency?
