Weak signal

Hi there. I am trying to get Channels app setup on ATV 4K with a HDHR Connect Quattro. I have been a Plex user for quite some time. I expected the change to be seamless. It recognizes the tuner and populates the guide perfectly. However, when I try to tune a channel, I get a weak signal message. This happens no matter the channel I am tuning. I can still tune my channels via Plex and the HDHR app and the signals are great. I did also test InstaTV on my IPad and interesting found the same issue as the Channels app. It recognizes the HDHR, but cannot tune any channels. Below is a sample from my HDHR system log:

What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated. I did email support which was a total waste of my time.

Ok, I think I figured it out on my own. I used a bunch of devices to load each tuner on the Quattro. Tuners 0, 1, and 2 worked just fine. When I tried to use a fourth device on tuner 3, it is not working. This makes sense given that the app starts with tuner 3.

Can you make sure the firmware is up to date on http://my.hdhomerun.com
