Web and App Season Passes Don't Match

Title pretty much says it. I have 14 season passes set on the AppleTV app. When I go to the web interface, however, I only see 10. I’m using an AppleTV 4K and a WD MyCloud NAS.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

The data should match. Maybe try restarting the app: click TV/Home on the Siri remote twice and swipe up.

It looks like you may have two different DVRs running: one on your NAS and another on your macbook pro. The Apple TV is probably connected to the other one.
