Web Player Stream Skipping

DVR Server Version: 2019.01.22.2346
Server OS: MacOS 10.14.3

Noticed that the web player is skipping when streaming recorded content, but not streaming live content. I get a slew of the following errors and it does not matter what encoding resolution I set. The iOS player does not have the same problem on the same recorded content.

Also, the transcoding counter in the web player does not increment.

Looks like the transcoder is failing to start for some reason. Sometimes this happens when the timestamps in the video are messed up. Is it happening on all recordings or just a few? Does it happen if you mark as watched and play from the beginning?

It was happening with a few other recordings. I make the recording as watched and started it again and it seems to have fixed the problem. The web player is now working and it is reporting transcoding progress as well.
