Web Player transcoder Software? Why not hardware on a QNAP TS-251+

I am almost sure a week ago on the Channels DVR Settings page, my Web Player was set to Hardware transcoder. Now it is set to Software and is this normal? I am running Channels DVR on a QNAP TS-251+ box. Will the application take advantage of the Intel processor on my NAS?

Sounds like a bug

I have isolated this bug and it will be fixed in the next version of the DVR.
