WebV2: Favorites with Videos Groups?

Description of issue:

There is an option to add video groups to favorites...

... however, it doesn't seem to do anything as there is no area for video group favorites.

I expected:

Either to not have this option, or to have favorite video groups appear somewhere. Preferably, they could actually show up in the favorite TV Show area. This is pretty much what I already do with Collections, mixing TV Shows and Video Groups together. Obviously, this would have to extend to the clients, as well.

What actually happened:

Nothing, really. I can favorite and remove, to no result.

This is the same as client as well as how it's always been historically.

We don't break up the Videos section the way we do for TV Shows because they're for things like home videos, concerts, etc. The expectation is that most people will only have a couple. Breaking them up into sections like we do for TV Shows would look and feel awkward and is unnecessary.

So yes, this means there's no proper way to present favorited Video Groups. But estimating that most people have 3-6 Video Groups max, it never felt that important.

Of course, favoriting Video Groups means they can participate in Smart Rules and Personal Sections and all our other features, so this is why you can still do it.

Oh, you have grossly underestimated how I'm using Video Groups:

Channels DVR is my my media center for all videos from all sources. I don't consider any source lesser or different than any other for how it might be used!

Also, in this day-and-age, having something be, say, YouTube-only might be considered akin to a TV Show, and that's how I treat many long-form series that I intend to watch.

Like I said, this works fine in Collections...

... and I'm assuming Personal Sections (since I'm an Android TV user, haven't really got to participate, hmmm?), but extending it elsewhere would actually be beneficial, perhaps in a way you didn't imagine possible!
