WebV2: Log has too much logging

Description of issue:

When just sitting on the live log, it just keeps logging retrieving the last 500 lines over and over and over again...

I expected:

To not get excessive logging from just looking at the live log and filling it up with unnecessary lines.

What actually happened:

A massively expanding log file from nothing happening. I know I can pause it to stop, but that is not my intended use case.

At least we know IPv6 works

It's not real; just talking to itself on the same machine. IPv6 is off at the network level; OS just makes a preferred IPv6 connection internal to itself. Using away mode, I get the external v4 IP address. Using Docker, I get the generic v4 IP address for that Container.
