Behavior: Latest beta, open channels, navigate to guide, select channel collection, try and finger drag scroll, channels will not move the guide page past where it is. Its like it is stuck on the view and snaps back when you try and scroll
Workaround: force quit Channels, go back to guide, scrolls fine until you select any channel collection then the problem reappears
I tested builds until it worked properly. 6.17.1526 does not have the problem but every build since then does
