What are sigerr and neterr stats as reported via Show Stats

Where does it come from? Is there a difference between ATSC 1.0/3.0 ?
I tried to run

$ ./hdhomerun_config 10A2XXXX get /tuner0/status
ch=atsc3:85000000:0 lock=atsc3 ss=89 snq=84 seq=100 bps=0 pps=247

and

 ./hdhomerun_config 10A2XXXX get /tuner0/debug

but these stats are nowhere to be found.

How do we arrive at % shown in the Show Stats overlay.

My educated guess

sigerr% = 𝜟ts.te / ( dev.bps * 188 * 8 )
neterr% = 𝜟net.err / net.pps
