FWIW, I have a networking "cupboard" in my basement where all of the Cable and Ethernet ports throughout the house all come together in a patch panel. That's where I also have my Gigabit Ethernet switch, my HDHR Quattro, and my HDHR Prime. Also in that cupboard is a TP-Link Kasa Mini Plug (HS105). I have never observed any kind of interfere attributable to the mini plug. (My Channels DVR server is running on a Mac mini on the opposite side of the room, though, and is Ethernet connected)
