What is the difference between "Remux Running" and "Transcoder Ready" when watching recording in web viewer?

Channels DVR Server version 2020.02.19.0306

What is the difference between these when locally viewing a recording in a web browser using the max 1080P@10Mbps setting?
Remux Running at 4mbps: 38m15s @ 12.77x (765.74fps)
Transcoder Ready

When I first play the recording (came from a HDHR Prime) it shows "Remux Running at 4mbps: 38m15s @ 12.77x (765.74fps)" while playing.

If I stop the playback and then restart playing the recording in the same web browser it shows "Transcoder Ready" while playing?

No issues with either playback, just curious.

Shot in the dark, but "Remux Running" means that Channels is repackaging—re-multiplexing, or "remuxing"—the stream from MPEG Transport Stream (which is the format output by HDHomeRun tuners) into an HLS—HTTP Live Stream, which uses MPEG-4 containers—because browsers usually don't understand TS.

"Transcoder Ready" is displayed when you stream it again, because it's not actively doing anything. This is because the DVR server keeps a cache of recently transcoded and/or remuxed streams to speed up the process for additional views.

(Please feel free to correct these points, as I'm just making assumptions here.)
