If I pay the $80 annual fee then aren’t I getting this service for $6.66/month?
I’ve seen posts saying I have to pay for HDHomeRun DVR at $35/year as well. Is that true?
Additionally, I’ve seen posts saying I must pay about $25 for the app to run on Shield TV. Is that true?
yes, @ $80/Year payment plan does work out to $6.66/month on average.
you dont need a HDHomeRun DVR @$35, these solutions replace each other. (with this one being the best

It used to be true that you had to pay for each store/account, but now you can use the “Channels DVR” client software and it is no charge while your DVR account is active.
@ImNotSerious covered it pretty well.
Note also that our product is called Channels DVR. “Live Channels” is a different solution which is part of Android TV.
