I have been told that team passes aren't working for me became I am using TV Anywhere and other custom sources and that it only works with channels “built in guide data” what does that mean? What sources are supported for this and how do I go about getting the built in guide data to use this feature?
Team passes will only work if you’re using the built in guide data for your source. This is because it comes with unique identifiers for teams that other data doesn’t provide.
It’s a feature exclusive to Channels’ guide data.
It should work with your TVE source as it uses our guide data. Your sources using third party XMLTV guide data will not.
You can use the lineup editor in your Custom Channels to map its channels to our guide data and it would then work for those too.
