Where to find prerelease versions for Synology

The SPK is the same but you can upgrade after installing it

The installer spk is updated very infrequently as is still at v1.0.5 here https://getchannels.com/dvr-server/#synology
Once you install it you can update the server code to the latest pre-release version.
Their support docs show the old way https://getchannels.com/docs/getting-started/faqs/channels-plus/#how-do-i-update-to-the-pre-release-version-of-channels-dvr-server
But once you're on a newer version you can use the dropdown
