I setup a Pass to record all episodes of an old comedy. But it is recording them from an antenna channel that I have blocked in HD Homerun lineup. This channel has poor reception. How do I stop this and force it to record only from a higher quality Pluto streamed source?
Go to /settings /sources and then on the tuner you want to block a channel drop down to "manage Lineup"
If you see a gray circle with a slash for the channel you wish to block click it once. It should turn red indicating it's blocked.

How long has it been since you disabled that channel?
Does your Schedule still show that your pass will record on that channel?
Maybe you just need to Delete and Recreate the guide database.
DVR web UI Settings > Live TV & DVR > Guide Data > Maintenance 
Delete and Recreate Database
That won't lose any passes or settings, it just recreates the guide data.
